Sure thing. I'm not sure exactly how much you know about layouts but all you need to do is stick in a Header Image tag into your coding.

But if you don't know much about layouts, a good place to go is: http://www.journalhelp.com/generator.html#headers

There you can learn how to generate overrides for your very own journal or you can go check out the free layout communities and let others do the work for you. ;)
